How to achieve Fuller Lips

I have been on the hunt for an affordable way to get fuller looking lips without getting lip injections. I just honestly don’t know if I’m ready for something as semi-permanent as lip injections. For now, I would rather use a product that helps me achieve fuller lips so that I can see exactly how much fuller I do or don’t want them.

That’s why when I heard about lip plumping glosses, I had to get them all and try them out! Now I will tell ya, there are so many lip plumping glosses out there! I choose these three because I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about them and their top sellers! I took before and after photos using each one on different days so that I could get the full effect of each one without using them on the same day.

After comparing them, I still have been using them for about two weeks now. So I could report back with full knowledge of each one! So lets get to it!

TOO FACED LIP INJECTION EXTREME

This Too Faced Plumper is probably my favorite out of all of them just because it feels more like an everyday gloss. It’s very lightweight and will still do it’s job even over lipstick! There is a slight hence of tingling when it’s applied but that is with all lip plumpers. You know its working when you feel that sensation. I also feel like the more you apply and how often, plays a factor as well.

BUXOM FULL ON LIP PLUMPING CREAM

The Buxom lip plumper cream is a very popular because it comes in many different color shades. It actually comes in around twenty different shades! Kind of just like your everyday tinted lip glosses, only this one plumps the lips as well.

I will say that this one doesn’t need to be worn over any lipstick, it’s perfect by it’s self! It does sting/burn a little more than the others but had the best plumping effect by far! So I’ve learned, the more it stings, the more it’s going to do it’s job. It’s not uncomfortable by any means so don’t let that scare you away from trying it. But it does have some small effect which maybe different to you if you’ve never tried a “plumping lip” before.

LIPSTICK QUEEN PLUMPING GLOSS

The Lip Stick Queen lip plumping gloss I liked because it was a clear gloss but it’s a lot more stickier feeling than the others and kind of smells like a peppermint. I had went into the Ulta Beauty Store and asked one of the consultants which one they thought was the best and recommended this one. I actually had never even heard of the Lip Stick Queen until now.

Here is my before and after using this pluming gloss. I would say I’m on the fence about this one just because I don’t like a thick/sticky formula.

OTHER OPTIONS

There are other options out there than just lip gloss plumpers or lip injections. I would call this the “middle” option of getting fuller lips. These all will defiantly give you the fuller lips your wanting while lasting all day! I’ve had my eye on one of these forever now and can’t wait to snag one very soon!

IN CONCLUSION

In conclusion, my favorite gloss out of these three would have to be the Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme. Just because it feels like an everyday lightweight gloss that we all love. Then my second would have to be the Buxom Tinted Lip Plumping Cream because it did seem to work the best out of all of them and because it comes in different color options. Lastly, would be the Lip Queen Plumper because I just personally don’t like the kind of formula they used.

I love that there is an affordable option out there to get fuller lips. Although it doesn’t last for months, I’m okay with that. Even if someone wants to get lip injections, I think using these kind of products first would help a lot to see just how big or not big, they want their lips.

TIP – You can use any kind of lip plumping gloss and then use one of the lip plumping devices to get a more fuller/dramatic effect.
